Truthfully, just an opening to touch your life in such a way that helps to uplift you to a better place than before.  Audrey is  passionate about inspiring and empowering  others to want to bring health and vitality back into their lives, naturally.

Her  work as a nutrition specialist has allowed her to work as a liason between wholistic doctors and their patients.  These clients include diabetics, cancer and heart patients.

In addition,  she  has helped to serve healthcare practitioners, including childbirth educators and obstetricians, coaches and athletes, parents and their children.  Audrey has been a keynote speaker for national conventions, and talk show guest on national television and radio shows.
